This project will deliver a 16-bed recovery and treatment facility that includes approximately 8,500 square feet of treatment space and 2,500 square feet of permanent supportive housing. It is a full Design-Build project.

Status: Design will begin immediately, with demolition scheduled to commence in fall 2026 and construction anticipated to be completed the following year.  Demo, Earthwork and Design-build MEP trades will bid in Q2 2026 and remaining trades will bid in Q4 2026.
