New construction of a 219,00 gsf, 150-unit multi-family affordable housing development. The structure is composed of five levels of Type IIA or IIIA load bearing metal stud framing over one level of Type I concrete. Construction type is still to be determined.

Status: Project expected to go out for schematic development budgeting in Q3 2024. Final GMP is expected in Q1 2026 with tentative construction start in Q3 2026.
