SF Towers is one of the premier senior living communities in the Bay Area, located on Pine St, between Van Ness and Franklin. The project consists of major upgrades of their main lobby and first floor auxiliary spaces. The upgrades will include the addition of a wine lounge, improvements to their atrium, dining, bistro, and main lobby spaces.

Status: Project is currently on hold. A Conceptual Budget Estimate occurred in April 2024. The GMP will not take place until 2025 and Construction will not commence until Q2 2025 at the earliest. Duration to be determined once official scope and phasing is pinned down but expecting it to be 2 phases for 12 to 15 months.
