This project is new construction of a 92-unit, 105,000-gsf, 8-story Type I, affordable family housing development. Construction includes the demolition of an existing one-story parking garage. The building will include common areas and amenity spaces at the first floor. 

Status: Select Design-Build and early trades bid out in 2023: Shoring, Ground Improvements, Structural Concrete, Exterior Building Maintenance, Elevators, Fire Sprinklers, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Solar, and Crane scopes. The remaining trades are currently scheduled to bid in early January 2025. Construction projected to start Q1 2025 for a 21.5-month duration.
