This is a Cahill/Pilot Construction joint venture. New construction of a 15-Story, 140,000 gsf, 175-unit affordable senior housing development with Type I over one Level Basement. The project includes a banquet hall & kitchen, community room, offices, outdoor terrace and roof deck in the non-residential areas.

Status: The following Early Trades bid out in Q3 2025 and March 2026: Abatement, Demolition, Dewatering, Shoring, EBM, Elevators, Fire Sprinklers, MEPS, and Tower Crane. GMP slated for Q3/Q4 2026 and construction not expected until Q1 2027.

The project is currently in the early conceptual design phase and is apt to include three separate buildings, with phased construction. This construction will likely include multiple affordable housing types (Senior, Family, Permanent Supportive Housing).

Status: Project currently in early conceptual design. Final bid expected in Mid-Late 2027. Approximate construction start set for late 2027/early 2028.
