New construction of a six-story behavioral health building on Treasure Island. Project will consist of 124 dormitory style units with shared bathrooms for a total of approximately 73,750 gsf. Construction type is still to be determined.

Status: All trades bid out in June 2026 and are pending award. Construction is expected to start November 2026.
