The Marin Art & Garden Center Phase 1A – Sowing the Seeds Project includes renovations and refurbishment of the Celebration Area, Livermore Pavilion, and Northgate Buildings.  Scope includes interior renovations, surrounding deck, landscape, and utility work.

Status: All trades bid out in April 2026 and are pending award. Construction is anticipated for June 2026.
