SF Towers is one of the premier senior living communities in the Bay Area, located on Pine St, between Van Ness and Franklin. The project consists of major upgrades of their first-floor dining and kitchen, second floor amenity spaces and 12^th floor roof deck.

Status: A Revised Conceptual budget estimate occurred in August 2025. DD Budget expected mid/late 2026. The GMP will not take place until mid-2027 and construction will not commence until early 2028. Duration to be determined once official scope and phasing is pinned down but expecting it to be two phases for 12 to 15 months.
