The site includes two buildings that will be phased construction. The West Building will be constructed first to provide parking for the residence, which is 7-story building over basement/parking, 161 units, and approx. 220,730 g.s.f. The East Building will be a 12-story high-rise building, likely mass timber, 107 units, and approx. 126,500 g.s.f. The overall duration will be 36 – 42 months of construction, depending on the overlap of construction between phases. The project is slated to start Q1 – Q3 2026.

Status: Project is currently in conceptual stage. SD budgeting anticipated to occur Q2/Q3 2024 and bidding tentatively expected Q1/Q2 2026.
