This project is a Cahill/Guzman joint venture. Located directly adjacent to the 16th Street BART station, Phase 2 Family Housing will consist of a 16-story Type 1A high-rise (Parcel 2) and 9 story Type 1A mid-rise (Parcel 3) with a combined 246 Family Housing units.

Status: Budgeting for the schematic design is underway for both parcels. Early trade bid (DD) for the high rise is expected in Q1 of 2026, with the balance of GMP bidding in Q4 2026 for a start of construction in Q2 of 2027. Parcel 3 mid-rise early bidding (DD) in Q2 of 2027, balance of GMP bidding in Q4 of 2027 for a construction start Q2 of 2028.
