This project, a K-8th grade campus located in the Maxwell Park neighborhood in Oakland, has a phased two-year schedule starting in June 2026. Scope includes a new classroom building and renovation of the existing campus. Structural upgrades include extensive concrete FRP work.

Status: All trades bid out in mid-February 2026. Bid Results will be available in April 2026. Construction expected to begin June 2026.
