The Marin Art & Garden Center Phase 1A – Sowing the Seeds Project includes renovations and refurbishment of the Celebration Area, Livermore Pavilion, and Northgate Buildings. Scope includes interior renovations, surrounding deck, landscape, and utility work.
Status: The MEP trades bid out in Q4 2025. Remaining trades are currently bidding with a due date of 4/15/26. Construction is anticipated for June 2026.
New construction of a six-story behavioral health building on Treasure Island. Project will consist of 124 dormitory style units with shared bathrooms for a total of approximately 73,750 gsf. Construction type is still to be determined.
Status: Early trade occurred in March 2026. EBM, Elevators, Fire Sprinkler, and MEPS are all pending award. GMP for remaining trades expected mid-2026. Tentative construction start is Q4 2026 for a 19-month duration.
