This project consists of upgrading a historic, neo-Gothic theater with some new stage rigging, a new catwalk and some electrical improvements.
Status: Project is bidding out Structural Steel, Production Rigging, and Design-Build Electrical with a bid due date of 4/16/25. Construction expected from June 2025 – October 2025.
This project includes a full renovation of the west wing of this private school (7 floors, 64,000 square feet) including structural work, new stairs and skylights, new HVAC systems, and upgraded interiors throughout. The eastern portion (6 floors, 111,000 SF) will be occupied during the school year. The project consists of six phases with a total of $64M.
Status: This project will take a rolling buyout approach. Phase 1A and 1B bid out in March 2025. The remaining phases will be bid out separately over the next six months as design progresses. Overall construction scheduled to start in June 2025 for a 14-month duration.
