New construction of a six-story behavioral health building on Treasure Island. Project will consist of 124 dormitory style units with shared bathrooms for a total of approximately 73,750 gsf. Construction type is still to be determined.

Status: GMP expected Q3 2025. Tentative construction start is April 2026 for a 19-month duration.
